See an example of one of the most common user journies below, which seamlessly guides new users from the marketing site, to a personalization assessment, and then to their personalized dashboard where they can begin engaging with their courses.

Communities, downloads & coaching

Courses were just one component of the Career Masterclass membership. Users could also download resources from a searchable library, book one-on-one time with their coach, and contribute to the integrated community. Customers could also manage their employees and invite new members to the platform. 

Can't merge all of your apps? No problem.

Sometimes physically merging all of your platforms into one monolithic app isn’t a desirable outcome. Absolute Dogs was rapidly growing and the one-platform-to-rule-them-all approach would limit the overall scalability of their product.

We opted to split their monolithic platform into three smaller ones - a marketing site, e-commerce, and a learning app - an approach that enabled greater scalability and clear separation of responsibilities. 

Despite opting for a divided setup, we needed to make three apps feel like a unified experience. We ensured that each site followed a consistent design language so that users felt no disconnect throughout the learning journey. User data was immediately synced between each site, and our SSO tech meant that there were no additional logins getting in the way. 

Deep integrations meant that course and membership purchases on the e-commerce site immediately reflected in the LMS, and that the gamification engine was aware of actions across the ecosystem to reward learners for a wider breadth of activities.

This approach helped Absolute Dogs to 5x their user-base throughout our time working together.
