Hi, I’m Rick, the Operations Manager here at Plume.
My role is to be your main point of contact throughout the entire process, so there's no "handover" and no chance of missing information or lost context.
My technical background means I love playing with new tools and understanding how things work. My operational background means I love to streamline and improve processes, and remove pain points in workflows. I enjoy my role because I can often combine these things together.
During Blueprint workshops, while I work alongside Kaine and Diana, my focus is on truly understanding your business, challenges, what we're being asked to deliver, and how it contributes to your goals. I’m here to make sure that everything we uncover in these sessions translates seamlessly into the implementation stage.
I’ve spent the last decade in digital agencies, working in Technical Project Management and Operational roles alongside development teams, with a particular focus on gathering and refining requirements. My strength is bridging the gap between technical and non-technical users, which is vital in ensuring clear communication and collaboration between our clients, designers, and developers.
