Bulk user import allows admins to move users and their progress from technology to technology, such as in a transition to your new learning product. It also allows you to bulk upload new groups of users, such as when you win a new B2B client with many users.
It allows you to save a lot of time and quickly get all the needed information onto the platform.
Typical features include:
Upload users in CSV or Excel formats
Import user names, emails, courses enrolled, course progression and more
Send automatic onboarding emails following import is complete
It’s also good to keep in mind that not all columns in the user upload template should be filled out. You can easily delete any columns you’re not using from your CSV file.
