Diana Miftakhova
Lead User Experience Designer
I’m a UX designer and researcher at Plume, focused on creating learning experiences that are both accessible and genuinely enjoyable to use. My background spans interaction design, UX research, and accessibility, so I like to dig deep into how people actually experience digital learning, and how subtle design choices can make it feel effortless.
Before joining Plume, I worked across agencies and tech companies, from motion and web design to full UX research projects. That mix taught me how to balance creativity with structure and how to translate complex training goals into clear, inclusive interfaces.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Tallinn University, where I focused on accessibility and inclusive design.
