I founded Plume ten years ago after nearly two decades in design, frustrated by how clunky and uninspired most online learning platforms still were. Tools like Moodle hadn’t evolved in decades, and I wanted to prove that design could do more than decorate… it could make learning intuitive, engaging, and commercially successful.

At Plume, we’ve done exactly that. Our work has supported over 12 million learners worldwide, from helping Absolute Dogs 4x their subscriber base (and generate millions in new recurring revenue) to building Google’s global LMS for across a dozen languages.
